2010年6月7日、”Tanz der Vampire”の出演者がSchönbrunn（シェーンブルン宮殿）の動物園に集まりました。Marjan Shaki、Thomas Borchert、Lukas Perman、Gernot Krannerと、吸血鬼のコスチュームに身を包んだアンサンブルのSebastian SmuldersとSven Fliegeが対面したのは、オオコウモリのMayaとその子供の生後6週間のBhanu。この赤ちゃんコウモリの代父母に選ばれた出演者達は、園長のDagmar Schratter氏から証明書を手渡されました。Vereinigte Bühnen Wien（VBW、ウィーン劇場協会)のサイトに写真が掲載されています。Thomas Borchertがピペットでコウモリに与えているのは、フルーツピュレだそうです。
