いつも情報ありがとうございます。来年4月にアメリカにいくので調べてみたのですが、Shubert Theaterというのはニューヨークではなく隣の州にあり、レベッカの公演会場ではないようでした。
アメリカの複数の新聞記事（7月12日付）には”まだ発表されていない'ある'Shubert Theater'で開幕”となっていましたので、関係施設をNYで探しているのでしょうか？（Musical Viennaの記事でもeinem Shubert Theaterとなっているのでそういう意味なのでしょうか）またプレビューも3月27日から行われるようです。

来年のNY"Rebecca"観劇を計画されているのですね。上演劇場ですが、Kunze御大のDramaMusicalsに、"Michael Kunze & Sylvester Levays Musicalerfolg REBECCA feiert am 22. April 2012 in einem der New Yorker Shubert Theater seine Broadway-Premiere feiern. Die Previews laufen ab dem 27. März 2012."と書いてあります。「Michael Kunze & Sylvester Levayのヒットミュージカル"Rebecca"が、2012年4月22日にNYにあるShubert Theaterのうちの一つでBroadway初演を祝います。プレビューは2012年3月27日からです」という意味で、Shubert Organizationが所有及び経営しているBroadwayに17ある劇場のいずれかが候補だと思われます。Shubert OrganizationはOff-Broadwayにも劇場を一つ持ち、BostonのShubert Theatre、PhiladelphiaのForrest Theatre、Washington, D.C.のNational Theatreも所有しているそうです。

予算上の都合で、階段が奈落からせり上がる仕掛けはどうもオリジナル通りにはいかないようです。また3年前からNYの消防局と炎を使った効果を舞台上で行うことについて調整を重ねていたそうです。
気になる配役ですが、「私」はSierra Boggess（"Love Never Dies"、"The Little Mermaid"）にオファーがいっているそうで、かなり可能性は高いようです。
